Led by our Executive Chef Brendan Phelps, our culinary team delivers a unique take on seasonal, local, and familiar favourites. Our menu showcases the best from local farmers, growers, and foragers and our culinary team uses these ingredients to build beautiful, creative, and simply delicious dishes. Our menu changes often so that our team can use what is best when it’s best.

Eagle Pass Lodge is nestled at the base of Mt. MacPherson. Our unique 9,500 sq ft lodge is situated on a private eight-acre estate with downtown Revelstoke only minutes away.

Known for his innovative approach and dedication to fresh, foraged ingredients, he creates memorable dining experiences. When he’s not in the kitchen Brendan can be found enjoying his other passion of fly fishing in Revelstoke’s beautiful backcountry.

Paul brings a wealth of experience and a rich culinary background to our team. Having worked alongside Chef Brendan for many years in various esteemed restaurants, Paul has honed his skills and developed a deep camaraderie with his team.
